Mainly cracking the presentation requires 4 p's

1. Plan

"Failing to plan is planning to fail".

Yes what you have read is exactly correct in each and every aspect.
For easy understanding I will give you an easy tip while preparing your plan

Tip : 5 "W"ifes and 1"H"usband

Don't be too practical of thinking about 5 wifes but just remember
              5-W
              1-H.
Let's discuss about wifes :
You may be wondering what he is taking about but the reality exists in 5 w's itself.
Ok let me reveal them
i)why
ii)what
iii)when                          "HOW"
iv)who
v)where

In any presentation, there are basic pieces of information that an audience expects to receive from the presenter. You are the problem solver presenting a solution that will benefit your audience.

Why?

Why should the audience take action? What are the motivating factors in prompting your audience to take action?
The main focus here is to inspire and motivate your audience to take action.

What?

What is the message you want to communicate? What are the issues? What are the solutions?

When?

When should the audience take action? Is there a sense of urgency in your presentation?

Who?

Who is your target audience? What would they like to know about your topic?

Where?

Where is the problem? Where is the solution? Where can your audience find the help they need?
“Where” signifies direction. This leads your audience somewhere in your presentation.

How?

How can they respond to your message? How can they take action based on what they’ve heard?
This is the learning and teaching portion of your message.

"Failing to plan is planning to fail".
Well meet you with the rest 3 p's in next session.
                Take care.
          Have a nice day🙂

A week after the anonymous messaging app Sarahah went viral; companies are now beginning to leverage the app for communicating their offers or getting feedback. They feel that anonymity adds more credibility . Foreign exchange startup BookMyForex, which created its Sarahah handle a few days ago, has been getting close to 100 messages on their app. "For me, if the feedback comes from an identified source, I tend to defend my stance or respond to the query . For instance, if I get a review on Facebook and I see him complaining constantly , I don't take the feedback seriously . However, we tend to look at anonymous feedback more objectively and work towards improvement," said Arul Murgan. One of the messages from a `counterpart' read, ` I like the way you market your products and the packing' and one more read `This is the only non-technical product that i follow,'.  "The feedback is seems more constructive. Here we don't face the issues of...
